Welcome New Freshman Class of 2011!

This past month we started a new class of 16 eager Surgical Technology Students.  These students are well on their way to building the foundational skills that they will need to enter the operating room and begin an exciting new career in Surgical Technology.  Welcome Class of 2011!

Congratulations to the Surgical Technology graduating class of 2010! It was exciting to see the culmination of all of your hard work and studying during graduation last Friday. We wish you all the best of luck on your careers and further endeavors.

STT 200 Anatomic Model Projects

The sophomores created anatomic model projects of surgical incisions for their Surgical Technology Theory 200 class.  The students did a fantastic job depicting the anatomic structures and were very creative in their approach.  One in particular tasted great!

New Website Found for Orthopedics, Arthroscopy, and More

This is a great resource for orthopedic and arthroscopic procedures.  The website contains an easy to navigate list of surgical anatomy, procedures, and surgical interventions with step-by-step explanations and excellent images.
